Nulkomma Goods Return Policy

Nulkomma offers a 30-day return policy on most products.

Returns marked with valid proof of purchase will be refunded according to the original payment method (such as the credit card used at the time of purchase). "Valid proof of purchase" includes the order number, order confirmation email, original sales receipt, packing slip or return invoice.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in a clean and resaleable condition. All items in the store may not be picked up once they show signs of use.

The shipping costs of all returns are borne by the buyer. If the buyer does not bear the return shipping costs, he should communicate with the seller within 7 days after applying for a return and confirm the return matters. Exceeding the time limit will not be accepted.

For orders that do not reply to the seller's message after placing an order, and find that the wrong goods are modified after receiving the goods, the buyer shall bear the return shipping costs. There is no final room for negotiation. The buyer is responsible for the return customs clearance issues. If the package is not sent back to the seller, the order will not be refunded.

For non-returnable goods, the necessary evidence can be provided according to the seller's request, and the two parties negotiate a partial refund.

For orders requiring return and refund, the buyer must first send the return and inform the seller of the logistics waybill number. The seller will refund the buyer within 7 days of receiving the return. If there is a problem with the refund, the buyer must be informed online of the refund period.

For items that need to be repaired within one year of purchase, the seller can request a replacement, and the seller will provide a replacement service based on the communication between the two parties.
